Each villa is equipped with all means necessary to provide you with every modern comfort for an ideal stay. Karya Villas consist of two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms while, on the upper level, there is a spacious dining room, a living room with a direct vent fireplace and a comfortable WC.

The equipment of each villa also includes a hot tub and all the necessary household appliances. Choose our lodge and discover the beautiful island of Lefkada, having the gorgeous village of Karya as your base. They are constructed in two levels and each villa can accommodate 4 to 5 persons.

The main entrance area is located on the upper level and consists of a dining hall, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. In the living room there is a direct vent fireplace that provides you with a warm and cosy winter stay at the beautiful village of Karya. The rooms are bright and spacious.

The lower level consists of two large bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and separate wardrobe spaces.

Each villa is equipped with a direct vent fireplace, air-conditioning and a solar water heater that make it the ideal choice of lodging all year long, whenever you decide to visit Lefkada. All three villas also provided with mailboxes and first-aid-kits.

Each villa has its own separate exterior area that protects the private moments of the guests. On the balcony of the upper level there is a large outdoor dining space for you to enjoy your coffee or your meal. On the bedroom level there is also a small sitting room and a separate hot tub for each villa so that you can enjoy your own time of relaxing.

The common area of the villas includes a covered parking lot and a fully equipped built-in barbecue.
