Overview

Our Hike adventure starts from the traditional village of Eglouvi, known for its stone houses and famous lentil fields. We follow the trail through ancient rocky paths and ‘’moon-like’’ sandy cliffs. 

The journey winds through beautiful olive groves, leading to the historic Profitis Ilias Church. 

Perched high above, this mountaintop church offers views so breathtaking, it feels like a place where the heavens meet the earth. 

Our journey leads as to the picturesque village of Karya with one of the most shaded plane trees square of the island.

Visit the Karya Folklore Museum to learn about the village’s history and admire intricate, handcrafted embroideries made by local women.

To complete the experience, enjoy a delicious lunch featuring authentic Greek products and spirits in this charming village, before we head back to Eglouvi through its lentil fields.
